In all my experiences and careers, never has there been a more difficult and yet more rewarding calling than the ministry.

With every battle there is the potential for wounds and those wounds can get infected. Without proper treatment, we become sick battle worn.

Our family experienced some of the lowest times in our lives while engaged in ministry. As God walked us from “Battle Weary to Warrior Strong” our hearts were forever changed. We will fight on and bring strength to our weary Brothers and Sisters in Christ.

1. Pulling wounded warriors and their families out of the trenches of war and emboldened them for battle.

2. Walking through the facilitation of developing dynamic and cooperative cultures within the leadership teams.

3. Empowering congregations to develop an others-centered focus toward leadership, each other, their community, and the world.

4. Building confidence with local Kingdom Leaders to tear down dividing walls and forge strategic partnerships to strengthen the Kingdom of God.

5. Strategically supporting leaders and their ministry teams to accomplish their immediate and long-term ministry goals.

6. Bringing effective resources to Kingdom Leaders for transforming from Battle Weary To Warrior Strong.

7. Refreshing and Renewing the call of making the Love of Christ known throughout the world so the whole world can know Jesus.
